Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase (refer to conditions mentioned below), you can fill in a complimentary return request form within 3 business days for any domestic orders on There are three ways to access the return request form and begin the return process.

 Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Products purchased on will only qualify for a return, refund or exchange.
  • You can only exchange for items of the same price excluding any discount that was applied.
  • Items purchased with a discount or as part of a valued set are not eligible for an exchange.
  • To qualify for a return container must be 90-95% filled. Containers filled or tampered with other creams are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Shipping cost and other additional services are non-refundable.
  • We cannot accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. It must be returned in the same condition with return request form attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box
  • A ‘change of mind’ is not a valid reason for a return
  • We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept such a return.

  • Enter your order number and email address (
  • Click on Return Items, select option of “Method Of Payment Refund” and press submit button for returning your order.
  • Wait for the confirmation email from our side. Our confirmation email will contain details.



Sante Cosmetology Wallet

The Sante Cosmetology Wallet needs to be activated in order to access the refund amount. All orders paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa Shop or JazzCash Mobile Account will only be refunded to the Sante Cosmetology Wallet.

Refund Voucher

Vouchers will be sent to the customer registered email ID on Sante Cosmetology and can be redeemed against the same email ID.

Debit Card or Credit Card

If the refunded amount is not reflecting in your card statement after the refund is completed and you have received a notification by Sante Cosmetology, please contact your personal bank.

Easypaisa Wallet

If the refunded amount is not reflecting in your Easypaisa Wallet statement after refund is completed) Please dial 3737 from your Easypaisa number or 051-111-345-100 from any other number to contact the Easypaisa helpcenter.


Important Note: The Voucher discount code can only be applied once. The leftover amount will not be refunded or used for next purchase even if the value of order is smaller than voucher value.
